The Caucus is a news publication. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Republishing a whole article, scraping the site, or reselling our work needs our permission first. Everything we publish stays our copyright or that of the writer who filed it.
The newsletter is free, and it stays free. We send it on weekday mornings and you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any edition.
Membership costs $10 a month or $90 a year and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel whenever you like and keep access through the period you have already paid for. Signups, billing, and cancellation are handled on beehiiv under beehiiv's terms of use, and payments are processed by Stripe. For a refund or a billing problem, write to hello@thecaucus.news.
Our race ratings are our own editorial judgment, rebuilt nightly from public Federal Election Commission filings and other public sources. They are an assessment, not a prediction and not advice, and they change as the evidence does.
