What The Caucus collects, who handles it, and how to get it removed.
If you subscribe, we hold your email address. Our newsletter platform records whether an email was opened and which links in it were clicked, and our web host records the ordinary details of a page request, including the requesting address and the browser making it. We do not ask for your name, your address, or your phone number, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
The subscriber list and the newsletter are run on beehiiv, so your email address is stored there and beehiiv's privacy policy governs how it is processed. Membership payments are taken by Stripe through beehiiv. We never see or store a card number. This website is served by Cloudflare.
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. To have your address deleted outright rather than unsubscribed, or to ask what we hold about you, write to hello@thecaucus.news and we will take care of it.
This page describes how the site works as of October 2026. If what we collect changes, this page changes with it.
